• Plot summary written and sent to Doug
• Season brochure summary edited/approved
• set design meetings with Anne
• choosing staff...all good people!!
• Audition materials..rough draft..completed
• choosing music

To do next:

• meet with Anne..finalise set design
• meet with Bert..design poster
• get list of producers from Wayland
• Find a Producer (Dottie is moving away)
• publicity meeting..Studio Thursday, August 20
